Personalized and Custom Items


We do not accept returns of personalized or custom items. These products are final sale.

Customization Data In Error

Personalized products are made with data provided by the customer through our online forms. You are responsible to provide us with the correct data.

In the event that you provide us with incorrect data, please contact us right away! If we haven't manufactured your product yet, we may be able to fix it on time. If we have already manufactured the product, we offer some options at this link: Custom Remake.


Processing Time

Personalized items are not off the shelf. We have to make them. It may take up to 3 business days to make custom items. This processing time must be added to the time it takes the carrier to deliver a package.

Promised Delivery Dates

The actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, not us. We are not responsible if items arrive after the delivery date promised by the carrier. We do not offer refunds if the carrier fails to deliver on their promise.

Delivered Items

Once the carrier marks packages as "delivered", we consider orders to be fulfilled and final. We will not provide refunds or free replacements on such packages.

Lost Items

Occasionally, carriers lose packages. We provide the following remedies for lost packages:

  • Shipments Within the U.S.: if you do not receive your package within 30 days of the delivery date promised by the carrier, will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • International Shipments: if you don't receive your package within 60 days of the delivery date promised by the carrier.  In such a case, we will refund the entire amount of the order minus the shipping cost, or will ship the order again provided that the customer pays for the new shipping cost.


Standard Products

We accept returns of standard (non-personalized) items that are returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

We only accept returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags and original packaging. We hope to sell the product to someone who was as excited as you were to receive it!

How to Make a Return

To request a return authorization and shipping label, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the package is received at our warehouse.

Return Exclusions

If your item is not returned in the same condition and packaging in which you received it, please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund.

CL Astrology reserves the right to reject returns of items that are in used condition or missing parts.

Damaged Products

If you would like to return a product because it was damaged upon receipt, we can help you with a replacement.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, CL Astrology will deduct the shipping fees plus 10% from your refund to cover the shipping and refusal fees we have incurred.


Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.

When your return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail. Please note that it can take several business days for your credit card company to process the funds to your account.
